Mortgage and national hunter

Hi All,
I wanted to know if it is possible to get a mortgage if you have information held by national hunter.
3 years ago i used a broker who submitted paper document without informing me. I ended up with cifas marker. I know mortgage for me is a no go.
My partner, however provided all his genuine documents, has ended up on national hunter due to joint application.
He is now looking to get a mortgage, and has been told due to a refer on his file he can not get a mortgage.
I would grately appreciate your advice and feedback.
Thanks

This is not good. A problem for him, and a problem for any Broker dealing with him. He needs to get this sorted first. If an organisation has incorrectly listed information on him with NH/CIFAS he must get it taken down.I am a Mortgage Broker

I am not sure if the information is listed incorrect or not. There is no one who can tell me that. In the joint application wrong documents were submitted on my name not his. How do i go about getting this removed, i cant see this happning from what i have read.0

It's an actual nightmare and nobody is interested in resolving it either. There's three markers on mine - all absolute untrue and nobody wants to solve it.0

It is down to the providers who have left the three markers to remove them.
You need to go to them direct.I am a Mortgage Broker

I've made complaints to all of them but they couldn't have sounded less interested.amnblog said:It is down to the providers who have left the three markers to remove them.

I'm assuming even though I have written proof their claims aren't true I shouldn't apply for another mortgage until they come back with their response. And if their response is they aren't changing it then what ?
Thank you0 -
Request a SAR from National Hunter. You need to ascertain what the issue is.0

So ive done that. Its wrong. Opinion not fact. Wrote to the bank asked them to correct it.Thrugelmir said:Request a SAR from National Hunter. They cant even hold your data for more than 12 months legally can they ?0 -

The information ive been given is that information on NH doesnt stop you getting a mortgage. The rest of the application will have to be watertight though. Give themshabana said:I cant seèm to get an ànswer. Isit possible to get a mortgage with your name to national hunter?
