Which is easier to get accepted Nationwide or Halifax

Hi.

Which of one of nationwide or Halifax is easier to get accepted with?

I have a letter off my employer showing I'm starting a new position with a massive pay rise in the next month. I have a £63k deposit from the sale of my existing how and the LTV is about 83%

I want to go with a lender that will take my employers letter and will accept.

Which do yiu think is best

Nationwide or halifax
