ed - I used to have one of those 'holey' pizza trays.  Mine was round, non-stick and I guess probably big enough for a 12" or maybe 14" pizza.  I don't have it anymore...........

...Has anyone found a reliable organic alternative that doesn't use an emulsifier? I'm struggling to find anything smaller than a 500g packet, which would past its best by the time we finished it ...
Try Bioreal - I think it was Shipton or Skipton Mill(s) that sells it in small cubes - I'm not sure if they are under 500g but they are small 🤣

I buy a box of 12 x 42g cubes of fresh yeast and freeze them (since our local Tesc0 stopped giving out fresh yeast for free 😩) - each cube is wrapped and then I double bag them in the ikea freezer bags. Texture changes when you thaw it, but it still works. (Not sure if you can use fresh in a breadmaker? - I've only ever made 1 loaf using a breadmaker, tbh, but I dislike using dried yeast for handbaking)

I think the 500g dried Bioreal is looking like my best bet, I don't think fresh and the breadmaker are going to get on. Food shop done, £81 at Mr L, which felt like good value. No meat, but big things like a litre of EVOO, bulk multivitamins etc 👍🏻

I use the Bioreal instant yeast from Shipton mill online. You can get the small packs, but I get the 500g bag as I make bread and other stuff all the time - you can blast through that in 6 - 9 months. I wouldn’t want to keep it for more than a year though as it stops being so effective)
