Can the terms of a CCJ be changed by the lender years later?

Hi
Many years ago I unfortunately had a CCJ from bad debt, this has since expired off my credit file. I've been paying a small amount until this day as agreed in the CCJ and will continue to do so until it's repaid.
Brachers (who the debt was passed to) have just written to me for the first time in about 10 years to ask that I fill out a financial statement to see if I can pay more. Is this endorsable now that the CCJ has fallen off my credit file? Can they take me to court again or damage my credit file if I refuse?
I'm quite happy to keep paying the amount originally agreed.
Thanks for the help.

Refer them back to the agreement that was made in Court. They cannot change it - they can ask and you refuse. You do not have to give them your financial statement, they have no grounds to go back to court as you are making agreed payments.Mama read so much about the dangers of drinking alcohol and eating chocolate that she immediately gave up reading.0

If they want to 'vary' the order then they have to apply to the court. They could also ask the court for an 'order to obtain information' where in effect the court orders you to complete a statement of means. They're not used a lot.
The smart thing here may be to give them figures that justify what you want to continue paying them.
Nothing they do now (short of forcing a bankruptcy) can affect your credit file.1
