Hi, I am in the process of selling my late Mums house. The house is sold Stc .
My solicitor says there is a clause on the title register that stops the sale by a single person. He has told me to contact the people that did my Mum's will and find out why it was put on.
The firm that did the will are only a wills company and all I have is an email.
Should i be expected to do this myself or should this be sorted my solicitor?

What services have you agreed to pay the solicitor for?
If this is included then it seems they should do it.
If this service wasn't included then why would they do it?0 -
Their charging me £75 plus vat to remove it ,which I have no problem with.Thank you for your reply0
