Question about my mortgage application and company car

Options
Hi

I'm going to put in an application for dessision in principle with in the next 24 hours and my question is based around what I earn and my benifit in kind.

I have a company car and the value is around £8500 which is recorded on the p11d

If I was on £45k does that mean I put £45k on the application for or does it mean I'm on £53500k because the p11d value is a taxable perk.

Thanks for any advice

Your P11D is not income as far as a mortgage lender is concerned.
