Sharehold property

Is it worth going for a one bedroom sharehold,
Which I start off 25% can build up to 100%
The only things putting me off it’s for 115 years, lease(can be extended)so it can’t be passed onto anyone and won’t it be hard to sell if I wanted to move in bigger property

I haven't heard of "sharehold" before - do you mean normal shared ownership, or is this some sort of different scheme?0

not least you are responsible for 100% of repairs, not just the % you own"It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"
