UPS International returns (Amazon) - just checking what i'm to do?

So i've to return an item which turns out to be an international return. I've read the instructions and I know it sounds daft but i'm not 100%...

That's everything.
So the final one obviously goes inside the package, i get that.
The first 2 get stuck on the outside of the package with the 3rd one being handed to 'the carrier'?
But at the very start it says print 2 copies of the commercial invoice and print 2 copies of the return shipping label.
So there's already 2 copies to be printed off of the commercial invoice and i hand one of these to 'the UPS agent'
But i'm also to print off 2 copies of the 2nd thing in this post? And hand that to them also? As well as sticking a copy of it to the package itself?
For the record, I wont be going direct to any UPS centre. It's a petrol station that is a drop off place. I've used them before for returns but never sent anything back internationally before.

With international consignements, carriers usually want several copies of the invoice for customs clearance so follow the advice they give you. I would put the invoices in an envelope, write 'Commercial Invoices' on it and stick it to the outside of the parcel. When the carrier collects they will probably have an adhesive window to put them in, but if they are not fixed to the parcel they will get lost at the drop off point before the parcel is collected.

That's what I've done in the past. That said mine were collected. In this case I'd just put an envelope next to the UPS label, put all the documents in it and label it as "UPS Export Documents".Make sure it's taped well to the box..1 -
Thanks very much for the suggestion guys. Never thought of that.
