OR's Powers

Hi,

I am about to go bankrupt and suffer really bad mental health issues. One thing that worries me is privacy. I have tried to find info online but I am struggling.

Does the OR have the powers to get access to your emails, to online accounts, for example Facebook, or a Booking.com or anything like that?

I know they have the power to access my bank account, but what about everything else?

They are not interested in your facebook, emails or anything like that, please don't worry, you are just a number to them and they are not interested in your life.

The OR is only interested in your financial affairs, not your personal affairs. 

What they will delve into will depend on the reasons for your bankruptcy and if there is any suspicion of misconduct. The process is very “light touch” these days.
