Green Homes Grant Scheme Help Please - Installer will not be able to complete work

Does anyone have ideas, please? I had a letter from my external wall insulation installer today saying that they would not be able to complete the work by the Scheme's deadline of 31 October. They say that they have done work on a first come first serve basis. However, I have been involved with the installer since September/October 2020 and have had the voucher extended more than once - so that is hard to accept.
They suggest that there might be other funding streams available but I don't think that would apply to external wall insulation.

There are no other schemes I know of that are any way comparable.
My bet is the company doesn't want to do the work for some reason. Possibly material costs which have risen so much that it will be uneconomical for them now.
Your best bet is to complain to trustmark. A preliminary letter to the supplier pointing out this is utterly unacceptable and unless they respond back by Friday next week you will lodge a formal complaint with Trustmark and the Green Deals scheme.

And once you've done that, assume they won't do it.8kW (4kW WNW, 4kW SSE) 6kW inverter. 6.5kWh battery.1 -
I have been in touch with the company. They suggested that if I could get an extension until the end of November they would be in a much better position to help me (my voucher runs out on 12th October). The Green Homes Grant Scheme is unwilling to give any extension.
I don't think it is necessarily the company trying to get out of doing the work as it seems to be a problem for various installers. They originally understood that the scheme would go on until March 2022 (and they have had other companies asking them to take on customers). The issue seems to be particularly problematic with external wall insulation where there have been difficulties both in getting supplies and with the weather.0
