Continue with online Broker or apply direct after down valuation?

Hi, wondering If anyone has any advice?
I've applied for a NatWest mortgage via Habito and the property was down valued by 5%.
I want to apply to a different lender but I'd rather apply direct. Would it be considered rude to ditch the Habito broker?

Is your application straight forward/no complications?
If it is then can apply directly.1 -
It's pretty straightforward. I just feel bad about wasting the brokers time
