Paying off plan 1 student loan

I have around £3500 left to pay on my student loan and currently pay £137 a month through PAYE.
I want to pay this final amount off. How is the best way to go about this so I don't end up making another payment through my salary the following month?
Can I do this online or do I have to ring someone?
