Does anyone know the rules regarding online fitness subscriptions? I signed up to a company but its not for me and I cannot cancel. They don't offer the 14 day cooling off period apparently so now I'm stuck paying £6.99 a month

Hey @Sally1576,
Sorry to hear of this predicament. In general you should get that 14-day cooling off period since you ordered online. There are some exceptions (eg, if you've booked a leisure activity for a particular date).
Citizens Advice has outlined what you need to know here:

Let us know how you get on.
Best,
