Tax Reduction for WFH

in Cutting tax
Hi all,
I started my new job in Jine this year on a full time WFH basis. I am employed on the PAYE scheme. So far in my pay slips it shows my usual earnings, NI and Tax contributions not not the usual 1.20 tax return due to WFH.
Should I request this from my employer or should I put through a self assessment? I need to WFH due to disabilities (diagnosed complex mental health) so I don't think it is classed as a choice.
Thoughts?

If you meet the conditions, use the micro service:

You register online for it and your tax code is adjusted to reflect it, HMRC automatically tells your employer your new code but they dont say why the code has changed... you won't see it as a separate line.0
