Timber - looking for recommendations

I need to buy a boat load of timber (not for a boat) - prices are waaay more than when I looked a year ago.

Best price I've found so far for 3"x2" is Wickes @ £5 a 2.4 m length. I need 90 lengths, plus 30 sheets of (8'x4' 12mm) plywood. Wood (geddit?) prefer new for consistency & quality, so don't want to trawl fleabay for used bargains.

Can anyone reccomend somewhere that will deliver (so nationaly) to Hampshire?

Look for local.independent wood yards, sawmills or timber suppliers. Supppliers from outside your area might also deliver.
