That’s super quick! I’m a tad jealous lol. We still have nothing, I’m slowly losing the will and so is my broker. They came back with ‘undisclosed credit commitments’ however we have scrutinised our Equifax and Experian credit files and there is absolutely nothing on there that we have not disclosed. We have really good credit files, no defaults or negatives. I’m so frustrated with Barclays, I’m ready to give it up because I can’t cope with this torture!

There'll be a scamble to clear in progress work prior to the end of September stamp duty dead line.  Dead lines create immovable pinch points.  There is only so much processing capacity.  Come October onwards. Normality will return yet again.  The fuss will be over.
