If they don't implement that option until people hand their notice in, it's no surprise they are losing so many.

Apart from increasing the benefits, sounds like they need to start treating people better, in general.0

We are only just over 8 months into this year, so 'every single employer' has almost certainly acted lawfully by implementing a 3 month waiting period before auto enrolling you. If you keep changing employer as your post implies, that's not 'getting around' auto enrolment; it is a sensible and lawful means of dealing with staff who stay for only a very short time.Deleted User said:
I would be happy just to find an Employer who auto-enrols when it comes to pension. Seriously one of my interview questions I am considering incorporating is going to be alone the lines of asking about pension setup having worked for every single Employer this year who has got around such.Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!4 -
Although, to be fair, when the employer sends the employee a notice to say "we're not auto-enrolling you for three months" - which they are supposed to do - that letter should also say "but if you want to be enrolled immediately, all you have to do is ask." Or words to that effect.Marcon said:
