Green we: Could you set those other OP settings up online? I could only see over £500 option (which I changed) Thanks. It is set up I think by default to capital or maybe I didn’t understand.
Had a great day at ninja warrior. Got home and replaced toilet seat and removed skirting board to get bookcase to fit. Looks really smart now as there is less than a cm each sit and the front is flush with the old chimney breast(?).Felt good to finish jobs as I can understand how it’s very easy to start them and never get round to finishing 😂1 -
Wifi online: was quite impressed with mobile broadband interim solution - 130GB in a week (all within limits). Oculus is amazing.Back on Zwift and getting fit again.Sanded downstairs loo. Ready to paint. Still got books and clothes to sort. Boxes in summer house reducing. Found an old book worth £200! Think I’ll probably sell it.1

Nearly there with the tidying. Sold some expensive things so will use that to either offset Christmas or make a first overpayment.
Need to get a plumber in. Kids start school tomorrow.1 -
Mortgage is below 240K which feels like progress. I punched our postcode into a few remortgage valuation sites and got a 100k swing! Our house is the most expensive in street which would explain the low values but its also the only 4 bed and locally 4 beds are very expensive which explains the high side. We bought right in the middle so about right. I made a first overpayment and set up a £100 monthly overpayment to get the ball rolling.2

Pay has settled down after moving house. Been a bit worried about the markets but must remember - time in the market not timing the market.
Overpayment is ticking in - wife not working yet which is annoying. She has been accepted but the security check is taking forever. Any extra cash (tax free) would be nice.2 -
Wife has started work although minimum extra this month as they took an overpayment from last month off. Be nice to change the overpayment direct debit - ideally up to £500 would clear it by the time I’d like to retire in 15 years.2
