Probably getting masses of expensive claims because of COVID.0

The customer service at NBS has been declining for a number of years. I was only keeping my current account with them for this benefit. They haven’t notified me yet, however, when they do, it releases me to transfer my account elsewhere! I’m not sure I believe their statement that it only affects a few of their members. It will be interesting to see if there is a large exodus now!

They changed the terms some time ago to exclude claims for Covid.
