Nationwide Affordability Checks

Hi currently have 2 mortgages with Nationwide, one on BMR & other on SVR. Looking to remortgage to Nationwide but wondering will thy do affordability checks? Both mortgages total under £25k and are up to date no payments missed or holidays taken?

You can't remortgage to Nationwide as you are already with Nationwide.
If you are staying in the same property and looking to do a rate switch, there are no checks. If you are moving house and taking a new Nationwide mortgage there are...I am a mortgage broker.
