Creation Loans - Incorrect number
Options
I wasn't sure where to post this. Sorry if it is in the wrong section.
I have a loan company that keeps calling me (usually twice a day) and they have the wrong number. I have spoken to them five times about this and emailed their company six times but they keep calling. I have their number blocked now but I can't block voicemails from them (I have a Samsung S8).
It's coming up to the two month mark now and I'm sick of getting these calls and voicemails every day. Does anyone know what I can do? Every time I speak to them they promise my number will be deleted only to call again the next day.

if you have never been a customer, and they just have the wrong number, register with the Telephone Preference Service, then next time they call, ask to speak to Manager and tell them this is their final chance to remove your number from their database, or you will report them to the TPS. (But only if they are a UK based company).
I would also write, tell them they have the wrong details, give dates and times of as many calls as you can, tell them you are reporting them, and will, going forward, invoice them for each time they call for your time, and if it is not paid, you can then threaten them with court action.2 -

And trying to invoice people for the time spent answering calls is just going to make you look daft.3 -

Thank you for the advice about TPS!
