Mortgage free date is almost on the horizon.
35.25k over 13 yrs.
Have ramped up repayments to set from Sept 100 pounds overpayment from standard  250 per month 1.74% 2 yr fix.
Early into 2022 I am to  increase further to 200 pounds overpayment 450 per month.
Which means reducing new term from 9 years to just over 6 years.
I could apply this before 21' ends, though want to ensure I'm comfortable.

barring any mishaps, seems very realistic way forward.
I appreciate future rate rises etc will force tinkering repayment sums.

Feels great to possibly achieve final 5 or 6 years.

this idea isn't going very well.
I've gave up full time hours for reduced hours.
maybe I'll manage 350 until next year, though 450 or more seems unrealistic at this time.
