google checkout refund problem

I have a problem with a google checkout order. The item that I purchased was faulty and returned for a refund. The company Ebuyer confirmed that the item was faulty and made a refund back to my google checkout account. Ebuyer informed me to log into my google checkout account and transfer the money back to my credit card. I tried this but there are no options for a transfer back to my credit card?
Please can anyone help? There is no way I can contact google checkout unless someone has their email address?

Does it give you the option of putting it back into your linked current account?
Then you can repay your credit card.0
