Something has changed I have now got my electricity usage from yesterday displayed on my account page.. sadly that is all I have got so ALL my previous usage is not available... Fingers crossed that they can retrieve all my missing data and therefore bill me correctly at my "Go faster" rate
Are you registered with n3rgy.com and if so, can you see your historical data there?

  • The Kaifa meter has been fixed with a firmware update which has already been rolled out to Octopus customers who get export payments (the meter only retains export data for 3 months). There has been a DCC Network issue and the update should be pushed out to all the other affected meters later this week (as reported on another forum).

I'm not too bothered about "seeing it"  as my grid usage since the issue has been minimal with solar and batteries, what I am interested in is them charging me at the go faster rate rather than normal rate as the majority of grid usage has been to charge my batteries when the solar forecast for the following day has been poor

My reason for asking was simply that it you can see it on n3rgy.com, you know the data is there for Octopus to use when they catch up (since the website connects to the same database that Octopus can access).

Under 50kWh/month since April? That's pretty good!

I did start a thread "how low can you go" a bit like "talking about my generation"  no one was interested which I thought was strange, hundreds post on the generation thread over things we have no control over but no one interested in showing how efficient they could be.. just checked it and you have seen it already.. cheers

I don;t have the tools to report accurate daily figures, and even the weekly ones aren't very granular, but at the end of the month I'll add my data to your thread. I'll warn you now that they won't be as impressive as yours are!

I am still having issues with no electricity bill since May... I have had multiple promises that it will be fixed within 4 weeks 2 weeks but getting nowhere... I'm now being asked to submit gas readings ... Im sure completely unrelated but my smart meter experience is very poor
