How do I get wickes to stop ignoring the unsubscribe requests in their emails? They regularly send me emails and each time I click on their unsubscribe button, get the unsubscribe request sent pop up, yet they continue to spam me.
I have even emailed various depts at wickes pointing this out and none of them respond.

Don't know about Wickes, but some companies rely on the unsubscribe to know that your email is a genuine email and continue to spam you. The unsubscribe is a waste of time. Best bet is to mark as Spam so they should go straight to your junk box.0

You could complain to the Data Protection Officer at Wickes because they are using your data after you have withdrawn your consent from them to do so. If this doesn't stop the emails, you can complain to the Information Comissioner.The comments I post are my personal opinion.
