    I can't see the the competition on facebook all I get from clicking through on the website or facebook post in the OP is a blank page and or on  some browsers the message ' this content is blocked. Contact the site owner to fix the issue.'

    Copy and paste the link, rather than clicking it.
    You may find that 'Skimlinks' is turned on, under your profile, best to turn it off or you may keep getting errors like this. It is where MSE add extra stuff to the end of the links.

    i get same going direct not using link?
    Have you tried a different browser? Safari, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome etc.
    Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies? 
    These are usually two things to try before anything else.

    done all that & checked for add blockers & such.

    Copied and pasted into every browser; Opera, Brave, Chrome, IE, Firefox. Skimlinks off, thanks for the reminder Ms_Dee. No add blocker on when trying and still....nothing
