General Regulations

Sponsor:

The Navigator Apple iWatch Promotion 2021 (hereinafter “Promotion”) is sponsored by the Navigator Paper brand, property of The Navigator Company, S.A. a company operating according to the Portuguese Law, with tax payer number 503.025.798 and headquarters at Pólo Industrial da Navigator Company, Mitrena, 2910-738 Setúbal (hereinafter “Sponsor or Navigator Company”).

Eligibility:

The Promotion is open to all legal residents of the countries listed on the end of these regulations who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. The Sponsor will not be responsible for any under-age entries.

Employees of The Navigator Company and Darwin – The Agency, Lda., their parent and affiliate companies, suppliers as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible.

Timming:

The Promotion will begin at 00:00 (GMT) on the 2nd of August 2021 (hereinafter “Opening Date”) and will end at 23:59 (GMT) on the 30th of November 2021 (hereinafter “Closing Date”).

How to Enter:

To take part in the Promotion visit https://watchprize.navigator-paper.com and enter the code you will find on the ream package or use a free code available on the same website, your e-mail address and your actual country.

Each ream code or generated free code can only be used one time during the Promotion period.

Free Codes:

To take part in the Promotion you do not need to purchase any Navigator Paper product. On the promotion website, available at https://watchprize.navigator-paper.com you will be able to obtain free codes replacing the promotional codes found on the Navigator packages.

The system only allows you to generate one code per day for each email used.

Prizes:

The prize is an Apple iWatch 6 SE (more information of the product: https://www.apple.com/uk/apple-watch-se). The winner will be able to select between red, blue and black watch straps and two watch face sizes, dependent on availability and price. There is an individual watch cost cap at 400,00 Euros.

Prizes will be awarded randomly to 32 different participants throughout the promotional period. Of these 32 winners, 16 watch prizes will be allocated to winners in Benelux, Baltic and Nordic markets, and another 16 to UK and Ireland.

To prize winners, you will be sent an email by the organization with a code. Only when you receive the Certification Code (shown on the screen and in your winners’ e-mail) are you eligible to win an Apple iWatch 6 SE.Please keep this code safe for use when you contact the Help Desk. You will need this code as proof that you have won.

Should there be any doubts about the date and time of the winning email, it will considered as official the information recorded by the game server at the moment of sending.

Limit of one (1) Apple iWatch 6 SE per person (per Identification Document), for the duration of this Promotion.

Prize algorithm:

Prizes will be awarded to the participants that are assigned a winning moment. A moment is an index of promotion participation that increases after each successful participation.

Winning moments will be generated on a daily basis considering the amount of all games played throughout the Promotion.

Prize Validation and Delivery:

Winners who entered a code to take part in the competition will be allowed a 3 day period to upload the ream package photo (with a legible code) containing the winning code.

To receive the prize, the winner must photograph the code that is on the ream's envelope and upload it to the system.

The winner will only be accepted after the photo has been validated by The Navigator Company team. The system will send a notification with the result of this validation.

It is the participant’s sole responsibility to upload the the information to the website. Prizes will be reserved for each winner during a 3 day period that will start on the date of the confirmation e-mail.

Should the documents listed above are not received during the 3 day period, the corresponding prize will automatically be forfeited, and it will become available to other participant.

Prizes will be reserved for each winner during a 15 day period that will start on the date of the e-mail confirmation. Should the documents listed above are not received during the 15 day period, the corresponding prize will be forfeited, and it will become available to other participant.

Prizes will be sent to the residents in one of the eligible countries of this Promotion without any additional shipping costs. The prize delivery address must correspond to the country you have selected in the game form (form on the “Play” page).

Prizes will be delivered only once, through an international shipping service (DHL, Chronopost, UPS or similar).

The promoter assumes no responsibility for any delays caused by the lack of prize availability by the manufacturer, therefore should the recipient not receive the prize, the promoter will not attempt a 2nd delivery.

Invalid Participations:

Incomplete, invalid or incorrect participations will not be accepted by any means. Only when you receive the Certification Code (shown on the screen and in your winners’ e-mail) are you eligible to win the Apple iWatch 6 SE. Please keep this code safe for use when you contact the Help Desk.

You will need this code as proof that you have won. Participants will only be considered valid winners if they present an e-mail with the prize confirmation within the valid date and time of the game. Email date and time registered by the game server will be considered official. Email receipt date and time will not be considered valid.

Any break on the procedures listed here will result in disqualification of the participant and their prize will be forfeited.

Data Protection:

The processing of personal data carried out by The Navigator Company complies with current data protection legislation, namely Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data ("General Data Protection Regulation") and other applicable EU and national legislation.

The Navigator Company hereby disclaims any liability and shall not be held liable for any damages including, without limitation, system failure, website accessibility, prize shipping delays or any other adverse effects of any kind, especially those derived from third parties involved in the Promotion. The promoter reserves the right to exclude from the competition any participant that does not honor its spirit. The Navigator Company reserves the right to give away prizes of equal value other than those specified herein, if forced to do so due to circumstances beyond its control. By entering the Promotion all participants agree to accept and be bound by all terms of these regulations. Any additional information provided during the Promotion will be considered as part of these rules.

This has been posted by someone in dailies but I can't see anything in the T&Cs to confirm that it's daily entry. From what I read it's only daily entry if you buy a new ream of paper every day

A free code can be generated daily, as per the terms and conditions, under the heading 'free codes', Comping Rich has posted above.
