Bluestone mortgages

Hi.
I am currently trying to get a mortgage offer through bluestone but they keep asking for more and more info sent over, I am unable to get one settlement letter as evidence is this likely to make my mortgage offer to fall through completely ?
T.IA for anyhow help about this

Bluestone are a specialist mortgage lender, their staff manually review applications and information, it's not run through a computer.
Can you obtain proof of settlement some other way eg provide bank statements showing payments totalling the amount?
Have you asked your broker what other information can be provided?Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.0
