Covid NI certificate app

Hi,
Just a query about the Covid Cert NI app.
I have already applied for and received my own covid ni certificate.
I need to repeat the process for another member of the family now but they do not have an email address.
Will the system allow you to apply for a different covid ni certificate using the same email address?
If anyone has experience of this any help would be appreciated.

Do you mean NHS App? It might be easier to set them up with their own email account even if they don't use it for anything else.

It's the CovidCertNI app where you have to set up an account with NIDirect first.

They are not great digitally hence they have no email address and normally I would everything through mine for them if one is needed.

Ended up just setting up a new email account for them as you suggested -  was definitely the easier option.
Actual process wasn't too bad and you can now apply for the NI covid certificate if you are travelling within the next 3 months which is a lot better than it was.
