I have stumbled upon some information online where a response from myjar to a trust pilot review states that the company can no longer update credit files so has taken the decision to remove all records of customers loans from the big 3 credit file agencies.
I know ultimately that the money will still be owing but does anybody know if this is true?
Regards

I believe so yes. I had a debt outstanding on my account with them, they agreed to accept 30% by way of settlement and said upon doing so they would remove all traces from my credit record - which they did.0
