When will I get paid for my new job

It will depend on when the payroll cut off date is and how efficient your new manager is. If it's a large company then I doubt you would have been allowed to start unless HR was aware of you. If it's a small firm they may be a little vague.
One of the crucial things will be - do they know where to send your pay?? I doubt they will pay by cheque or cash so would have needed your sort code and account number 2 to 3 weeks back.
