Failed loan application. and actual processed credit application ...

I am trying to discover why I keep getting turned down for a bank loan. I received a copy of the bank application process from the bank in question by doing an SAR. They have sourced Equifax and Experian and when examining the details of the report.
The Experian check shows two addresses the one from Equifax appears to show me at some 23 electoral addresses. The actual address data has been blanked out (Redacted) throughout three of four pages. I am asking the ICO to tell the bank that they must hand over the original unredacted copy. Problem is I have never lived at 23 addresses and not on the ER or voters at more than 5 or 6 !
Can anyone tell me how they can record 23 addresses and why a bank would see it ?? dating back over 6 years ... seems these people hold stacks of data on you !
Is anyone familiar with seeing this type of thing and can explain to me what this means ?? thank you.

Above is from Experian and show two electoral addresses and more redaction for some reason ...
Reference to 2006 to 2016 was also shown ... it seems they are reporting data from 2006

You're still obsessing over this loan? You need to find something more productive to do.
And why are you messing around with the ICO? If this comes from Equifax why don't you just SAR Equifax?0 -
Its not an obsession I need to get this right. Its my data and my privacy in question. Equifax have already told me that I must demand the bank provide the original I have made a formal complaint to them and the FOS.
So the data must be obtained from the bank via the ICO as usual this secretive process does not provide honest answers - so I have asked the ICO to tell the bank they must provide the relevant papers (Unredacted).
I suffer anxiety so I do stress over stuff and a bit shocked that I am down as living at 23 addresses shows you how much tosh these people hold on you.... please dont judge if someone knows please answer ...
I have complained to Equifax but they never reply to you with a straight answer to the questions.

Last time you were here you dropped the bombshell that you had a default on your credit file from a mobile phone contract. Did you ever get that resolved?0 -
Yes and NO .. it fell off my file. The FOS could help with the loan aspect that they regulate ... and agreed I had an argument. Then they said they could do nothing over the airtime aspect of the record ...
So by the time this went on it fell off my file £61.00 in total ..
Its not an obsession I want to see what garbage these people have on my file that affects my choices and why would I let the likes of the CRAs get away with this ... they get away with far too much ...
There is nothing from what I can see on my file any record of the £61.00 and the alleged default ... whether they keep them on file who would know0 -

As far as what Equifax told you, it's a load of old cobblers. If the bank got their data from Equifax, then you should get it from Equifax too. They're the ones supplying people with this allegedly incorrect address data, not the bank.
Ask for a copy of your statutory report and if there's nothing on there, SAR them. Leave the bank out of this for the time being, it's nothing (as yet) to do with them.2 -
The default has gone though .... this should be transparent rather than something like a session with MI5 ...
The bank should just say .. the default you had six years ago has ruined your chances. Thats all no need for people to then obsess. Transparency I think its called but these people are not transparent.
A £61 default years ago stops you getting a loan for life seems harsh ...0 -

You may think it harsh but banks are picky lenders, they don't do subprime and people who don't pay their mobile phone bills are definitely subprime.3 -
Thank you .. take care ..0

You likely have 22 versions of your 6 existing addresses - such as:
Flat 3
29 Nowhere St
Abersomewhere
CF1 1CF
Flat Three
29 Nowhere Street
Abersomewhere
Cardiff
CF1 1CF
And many variations of the above in spelling, number placement, spaces etc. etc.
Lots of minor variations recorded separately - although in the grand scheme of things they are usually all linked together when it comes to searches.2
