Barclays reviewing sale of Partner Finance Loan for Solar PV Panels

Shall I help them review the sale?

In 2015 we took out a Barclays Partner Finance Loan to purchase Solar Panels from Clean Green Home Energy Ltd. 

Barclays just wrote to us that they want to review the circumstances surrounding this loan. For this they want to better understand our experience with GGHE during the sales process. 

They are asking us to complete their response form and provide related documents for 2015-2016. 

They would let us know the outcome of this review. 

What can we expect from this review? After all , providing those documents has some effort for us. And we feel that the sale’s promises will not materialise.

Not sure anyone here can say what you can expect from the review.

Maybe the outcome will be to change the sales process.

I meant, can I expect from Barclays review any compensation for the  promises during the sale of the panels and the loan?

Barclays have received many complaints of mis-selling regarding their partner finance loans used when purchasing solar panels.
As they have been battered by the FCA on many fronts maybe they are conducting a review of all things they've been involved in, to get in front of things so as to speak.
