Looking for some bright multicoloured curtains. Any idea anyone?

I want to buy some curtains and want something multicoloured and bright. Ideally I would like a check pattern although I dont mind floral  with greens, reds and yellows. I dont really want heavy lined ones so perhaps Im looking at the wrong time of year but I'm really struggling to find some. Its for a living room which at the moment has  grey walls and dusky pink curtains which is looking very dated so I want to liven it up. 

Any suggestions please?

Find someone who makes curtains and talk about exactly what you want/whether cloth you like will work?  Most areas have several self employed people good with sewing machines...

Thank you for the suggestion. I had thought of that but its a bit awkward because I have a good friend who has offered to make me some but to be honest even though she considers herself a wonderful seamstress I once asked her to alter a dress for me. The results were a disaster and I never wore it again. I've also seen some she made for her bedroom and she had to add peices at the sides as she made them too small so I'm hoping I can find some ready made so as not to offend her.
