Does anyone use Google search to find competitions?
I've had a go this week I can just search Twitter or Facebook but can't work out how to Instagram.. I'm struggling to find decent web competitions by dats too unless there isn't any??
Can anyone advise please ??.

I do sometimes search on Google for competitions. I look for specific types, caption comps and similar. When I find them, I post them on what is probably the best place to look for comps:

There is a good mix of comps there, including FB, Twitter and Instagram. Instagram ones are usually fairly easy to enter. Maybe just a like, a comment and/or tagging someone.
