Try your County Football Association; they may have contacts.
If you are running a youth or womens side, or a side from a "deprived" area or other minority group you may well be entitled to funding from lottery or Sport England or similar body.
If however, you runs a "standard" mens senior side, you are unlikely to get any grants - we have just been booted off our pitch of 10 years to accomodate girls and ladies teams which gain the owning club more lottery money!0 -
JJB sports and other such sports/clothing shops usually have loads of footballs in large containers for around £3 each. Try any High Street or commercial park.Middlers0

The really cheap footballs you see for 3-4 quid are probably unsuitable for use as "match balls". Match balls must be FIFA approved and this is indicated with a stamp on the ball. Expect to pay 12-15 quid for a lower end match ball. Trouble is, if your ground is surrounded by shoulder high grass and thickets, and you have rubbish strikers and clumsy defenders (as our team did) you can expect to lose at least a ball a match which makes it flippin expensive!0

https://www.thesoccersite.co.uk seems very good. A large range of balls varying from training balls (starting at £5) to match balls (starting at £10). If you register your team with them (free of course) you get 10% discount, and at the moment they're doing a scheme worth £20 for every £10 you spend (i haven't looked into this but i expect it will be in the form of vouchers or other)
Does anybody know the easiest way to get sponsorship?0 -
