The T&C say nothing about having to enrol at the collegeEligibility:
8. The Promotion is only open to residents of the UK aged 16 and over, and who are based in the UK at the time of entry.
9. If you are under 18, in order to enter the Promotion, your parent/legal guardian will need to give permission for you to enter and the tick box upon entry must be ticked.
10. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Promotion
