Nielsen shopping panel - website

I wanted to log in to my Nielsen account to redeem some rewards, and when I go to the link on the website when I first signed up last year https://www.nielsenpurchasepanel.com/uk, it doesnt work.

Have they changed their web address?

YEs, they are now NeilsenIQ, had an email in April about it.

There's a new panel website address for you to start using right now. Please make a note of it, because our old web address will stop working at the end of June 2021.
The new panel web address to note is as follows and perhaps for ease of reference you could add this to your list of favourites too.

Logging-in: If  you have already used our website, simply log-in as you always have, entering your 10-digit membership and your password. If however, you are a new member, or have never logged-in before, please select the link labelled 'First-time Login'  and then set-up a password and security question to gain access to the website.

I just joined the panel and got my first 400 points. How do I access the shopping catalogue on the app?

I don't  do the  app but on the website there is a  Rewards button which should then log you in to that section and you can see your points statement and the available rewards from there.

There's a reward button on the left of the main site. You log in separately from your Nielsen account. You need a lot of points to get a reward, I think 400 is about 40p though I may be wrong.
