Yes, I live in London and get that paper every day on my way home, it's a free paper. I might be a little later posting the next days due to some free film previews I am attending in the evening, but you have until 10am the following morning to enter for that day's filled stocking. Of course, if some other Londoners are home before me, they should feel free to post the answer.

Ah, according to Wikipedia that would include Kent, Essex, Hertforshire, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire.

Kipper, is that the rule for all the London paper comps? I always enter them but if i'm not allowed I won't bother in future!

No not always, I think this one may be London and the Home Counties due to the sheer size of the prize (delivery costs maybe?) it will state in the T&C's below the comp if it is, the two others on there at the moment don't say you have to be a Londoner
