Do any landlords know how rates should be paid when one tenant is on rate relief but other tenants are not .

Do you mean if they’re in the one property? Or if you’ve a few properties and one rates bill due in September?0

The rates bill covers multiple properties but one tenant is now claiming rate relief.wifeforlife said:Do you mean if they’re in the one property? Or if you’ve a few properties and one rates bill due in September?
The rates bill was sent out in June but it includes the property receiving rate relief. LPS have also cancelled my DD that covered all properties.
I don’t know how to pay or how much to pay in September.
Last time I spoke to LPS they told me to pay the whole bill and any rate relief would be taken of next years bill ."Do not regret growing older, it's a privilege denied to many"1 -
Ah right it’s kinda weird they cancelled the payment, if you’re paying to get the discount I’d call them to make sure you’ll get it in September. If the relief is in payment it’ll reduce the overall amount as I believe it’s paid as an annual award not monthlyOld_Git said:

I again spoke to the landlord team. They confirmed they have cancelled the DD because of rate relief.wifeforlife said:

The full bill has to be paid to get the discount and then at the end of the year they can refund the rate rebate. Who designed this system."Do not regret growing older, it's a privilege denied to many"0
