Octopus Energy & FIT payments

I seem to have run in to a spot of bother with my present FIT 'agent', Octopus Energy. It seems to me that energy suppliers don't really like the hassle of having to handle FIT payments, something that doesn't earn them much revenue I suspect. So you don't get 'great service' from them if all they do is process FIT payments for you, at least that's my perception.
When my previous FIT agent stopped providing this service about a year ago I switched to Octopus and it's not been great.
It's not exactly fast when it comes to paying - previously it was about 6 weeks, today it's 'when it arrives'. I've had payments for the first two quarters of 2021 but the June reading submitted has failed to translate in to a payment.
Octopus has yet to provide any sort of meaningful statement of account, just an occasional otherwise blank piece of paper with a simple figure for the payment - with no other details - not even a date of payment or other relevant details, such as generational figures. Disappointing. The most recent account, to 2nd August shows a zero amount owing - so Lord knows where the +/- £150 of the second quarter's reading has disappeared to.
So, am I the only FIT customer feeling adrift? Do tell

Not with octopus for fit, but am with them for supply and found them to be very good, so I'm surprised you are having issues.
My fit is with edf, who paid my fit into my bank account 3 days after submitting the fit figures this month.West central Scotland

Not with them for FIT either but they have not been able to update my online account data for electricity since 19/05/2021. The usual excellent service is very lacking in my hopefully isolated case!3.995kWP SSW facing. Commissioned 7 July 2011. 24 degree pitch (£3.36 /W).

I have a system which is intitled to FIT payments and one that is intitled to SEG payements. I have been dealing with Octopus for over three months on one, moving the FIT from Shell, and two getting the SEG for my second system. At the moment its still being processed, and i am not impressed with the Octopus organisational capability and the ablity for customers to effectively contact the right people to understand where everything is up to, instead of the generalist front of house call centre.0

Octopus switched me from Bulb for the June payment. No sign of any money yet, even though they said 3-4 weeks at the end of June 😕0
