Dongles - what do you do with them after contract ends?

Anyone know what to do with dongles that are no longer in contract? Can they be re-purposed in any way? Or are they fit for the tip only?

Mobile internet dongles? Do you mean the USB ones or the bar-of-soap wifi ones?I keep mine to use on PAYG or with my next contract.
