Is there an error in Puzzler Collection 507?

The competition puzzle in issue 507 of Puzzler Collection has two rows of letters missing from the bottom of the grid. This means that the puzzle isn’t solvable. We are very sorry for this error and, as the puzzle isn't solvable, we will accept any answer to this competition, including a blank answer.
