SIPP Transfer Time

I'm currently transferring my SIPP from iWeb to Vanguard in specie. I'd like to know what the average time for this type of transfer should be. At the moment, it's been almost 5 months and I can't seem to get a straight answer from anyone as to when it might finally complete or even what stage we are. I've opened a complaint with Vanguard but they keep saying they're waiting for iWeb which I understand is run by A J Bell.
Is this the normal timeframe for this type of transfer?
Thanks for any help.

A cash transfer is anything from 3 days to 3 weeks. An in-specie transfer is anything up to 6 months. Usually counting the months rather than the weeks.

I'm transferring in specie from Fidelity to ii. Took at least a couple of months for the bulk to be done, but the one remaining fund (a Vanguard one) is taking way longer than the others, 5 months now. To be fair, ii have been very good at me keeping me updated and they are chasing it (as I've tried too, to little effect). It's finally disappeared from my Fidelity account this week, so hopefully will appear in my ii account soon. So don't give up hope, the timescales you mention aren't unusual...0
