    Have to call to cancel. Cannot do it online. I picked em up on it and got a reply from 'Customer Engagement' with some corporate spiel:

    No clue how they arrived at my title 'Mr.' as I had not mentioned a title in my email. Usual practice is to put Ms. I guess if one is to become really receptive Ms./Mx. would be top drawer.
