Thank you enormously for the guidance. can't thank you and other posters enough.

I have to be fair to the hospital concerned, they did two weeks on the date passing of when they said they would originally inform me, get in touch, I received an unsuccessful email with the opportunity to obtain feedback so I was put out of my misery as it were end of last week.
