Recreating something in the shops..copyright?

I have been making something you can buy in the shops but obviously cheaper..how do i know wether i will get done for copyright or not? any help please? Thanks

it depends on how you sell it etc
but yes you can be sued for it, they can take all your profits and things like trading standards can get involvedYes Your Dukeiness
