    Still not showing any changes but I assume that is because they are new accounts or something. Any reason why you switched?
    Are you sure that the cash you deposited has been invested in to your chosen funds and isn't still sitting there as cash?

    I would expect any investment of cash to be showing up within 2 or 3 working days and then seeing daily price changes.

    Yes, I contacted both respective customer services and they said that they sit there as cash for a few days after the initial investment is made. I chosen specific plans/packages.
