Avios conversion to nectar

I converted 750 avios points to nectar and the points have never reached my nectar.I contacted nectar after 10 days by live chat and phone and the points have totally vanished.The amount is debited on my british airways account but haven't turned up in my nectar. Nectar are blaming avios. The conversion was made to the linked nectar card

    Did you get a resolution to this? I tried converting my Avios to Nectar, 11 days ago. Nothing has turned up in my Nectar account.
    The good news is that all my conversions showed up after 14 days.Did go through the mill trying to find out what happened to them.After 14 days they showed up on the day I converted them on my statement logs. I contacted both nectar and British airways who didn’t have a clue what happened to them and blamed each other. I knew that the conversion showed up on day 10 supposed to be but I contacted them on that day and they couldn’t trace them and I even complained to British airways in writing and they couldn’t help and nectar put in a complaint to British airways for me. So to summarise a odd situation indeed and I would convert a low amount to test the waters,but they did eventually show up after day 14 so I wouldn’t  be concerned overly,just don’t expect much help from BA or nectar

    Cheers for the reply. I'll give it til Monday then, I guess. Been looking at ways to contact BA and, as per usual, it looks like the typical minefield of options to put you off.
    Seems a bit ridiculous they have a system where things don't happen instantaneously. Also worrying that, once you have confirmed the transfer, neither seem to have a paper trail.
    Exactly.I’ve made 3 transfers now and all have worked out so yeah takes 14 days and there seems to be no paper trail Hope it works out for you.

    This afternoon, my nectar points updated with the proper amount. Transaction is showing the 8th August. So that's 11 days after I requested the transaction.

    But at least I don't have to faff about with customer service.
