Quidco premium is it worth it

I have a Quidco account for years. Hardly used it recently. Got £400 in to withdraw. I am basic membership. If I am to claim it via Amazon or other retailer that gives bonus. Is it worth selecting premium so I get say 6% extra rather than 3% for basic. I haven't had anything tracked for over a year now. Tbh I use TCB more. Can I downgrade after I have withdrawn the money.
